At Parents for Arts Education we build advocacy and impact through a connected ecosystem of initiatives designed to reach families, students, schools and community.
Together, these programs unite under a shared rallying message and movement - "Fine Arts Builds Human Skills" - to strengthen arts access, equity and opportunity for every student.
This is the signature initiative of Parents for Arts Education that elevates fine arts education as one of the most powerful drivers of the human skills students need to thrive in school, careers and life. Created by Trina Martin after her TEDx talk "AI Can't Replace This: Why Arts Education Matters" to not only talk about the issue but do something to affect change.
A student volunteer and leadership program of Parents for Arts Education. This program coordinates and mobilizes the student voice in support of fine arts education. Students can share their experiences, encourage the next generation and gain valuable volunteer and leadership opportunities - all while showing in real time how "fine arts builds human skills".
An outreach program using rhythm based activities, workshops and community events that build confidence, collaboration, focus and connection... while having a good time!
